Wine & Wisdom

 

Consalvi's Italian Market & Deli is proud to announce the second in our series of wine classes we will be hosting after hours. Our customer's opinions are very important to us and we want you to be in on the decision as to what wines we will carry.

 

This time around we will be focusing on food pairings. We will be sampling 4 wines along with some foods that pair well with each wine. We hope that you enjoy this new wine vendor as well as the delicious foods we will be tasting. l

 

Wines to be sampled this class:

• Castelvero Cortese - served with appetizer
• Castelvero Barbera - served with cheese
• Colosi Nero d'Avola - served with entree
• Tocco Prosecco - served with dessert

 

Where: Consalvi's Italian Market & Deli

 

When: Monday, September 26th at 7:00pm

 

Cost: $15 per person; $25 per couple.
